Our Environment, in capital letters. The Landscape of Jaén, also in capital letters. Because our roots are deeply embedded in this land. And the landscape of Olivar de Segura, with its steep slopes, peaceful sunrises and endless sunsets, fills us with joy.
At Mirador de Segura, we believe that every drop of our extra virgin olive oil is the result of a way of understanding the land, work and life. From our centuries-old olive groves in Chiclana de Segura, we cultivate with respect, taking care of every detail to offer a product that reflects the essence of our land and the effort of those who work it with passion.
The Segura Olive Grove provides us with this treasure that is EVOO. Our gratitude and respect for this land guides every decision, from the field to the bottle.
Our commitment to the region is firm and profound.
That is why we cultivate our mountain olive grove according to the principles of sustainable agriculture, respecting natural cycles and preserving the biodiversity that surrounds us. This includes protecting the soil: a living being that we must protect, not exploit.
For this reason, we avoid the use of harsh chemicals, promote natural soil fertility, and use resources responsibly.

We only use healthy olives selected from our own olive grove, harvested at their optimum point of ripeness. We do not purchase olives from third parties; everything we bottle comes from our own land.
Our oil is obtained solely through mechanical processes at low temperatures, thus preserving its purity, fruity aroma and all its natural properties.
From harvesting to storage, we guarantee full traceability and optimal preservation conditions.
Each batch of Mirador de Segura is covered by the “Sierra de Segura” Designation of Origin, which certifies its authenticity, origin and excellence.
This commitment drives us to improve every day, maintaining a balance between traditional wisdom and modern agricultural technology, within the framework of the integrated production method regulated by the European Union.
Born in Barcelona, we decided to return to our grandparents’ village, which has always been ours too, to continue the family legacy and devote ourselves fully to olive cultivation. Those fields that were once leased are now back in the family’s hands, managed with passion, commitment and a modern approach to sustainable, high-quality agriculture.
Our roots are deeply connected to Chiclana de Segura, a municipality located to the east of the Comarca del Condado region, in the province of Jaén.
Perched atop a limestone hill that nourishes the surrounding land with key minerals and numerous groundwater wells, Chiclana de Segura is a privileged enclave, not only for olive cultivation.
Known as the “stone watchman over the sea of olive trees”, from Chiclana de Segura you can see up to 16 surrounding municipalities. From its height, it dominates a landscape of mountains, olive groves and reservoirs that stretch as far as the eye can see.

The territory of Chiclana combines natural and cultural wealth: to the north, coniferous forests and scrubland; to the south, olive groves that sustain and give meaning to our way of life, stretching to the foothills of the Sierra de Cazorla mountains. This diversity of landscape is part of our identity and is reflected in the personality of our oils.
The Condado region, of which we form part alongside municipalities such as Santisteban del Puerto, Navas de San Juan and Castellar, is an example of balance between agricultural tradition, historical heritage and respect for nature. Its paths still echo with the words of Jorge Manrique, a 15th-century poet linked to this land, whose figure is remembered today with an impressive mural by Belin at the entrance to Chiclana.
At Mirador de Segura, every day we reaffirm our commitment to who we are: guardians of a landscape, heirs to a tradition, and artisans of a natural, healthy, and authentic product. We work with our sights set on the future, but with our feet firmly planted in the land that saw us grow.
Because our values are more than just words: they are the roots of our oil, the essence of our mountains, and the promise to continue cultivating with respect, passion, and pride.
