Returns policy

1. Returns

1.1 The user may return their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchase. In this case, they shall contact the company by email at info@miradordesegura.com, informing them of the return and the reasons for it.

1.2 The right of withdrawal may be exercised if one of the following situations arises:

a) If the user is not satisfied with the product purchased. Returns made within the aforementioned period must include all products, in their original packaging, with the original seal unbroken, with all accessories and in perfect condition. Returns of products that do not come in their original packaging will not be accepted. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the order.

b) When the products are defective. If this is the case, reliable proof of the poor condition of the product will be required. The company will collect the defective product and resend the product to the user at no additional cost. The company will pay the amount of the order once it has verified that the goods meet the above conditions.

c) If the defect is due to an incident during transport, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the purchase.

2. Reimbursement of amounts paid

2.1 In the event that a refund of the amounts paid is required, the company will do so via bank transfer to the account number indicated by the user. The refund will be made once the condition of the returned product has been verified and validated and once it has been confirmed that the payment has been made and cannot be reversed.
